How do I enroll in a course?
Visit a course’s page to learn about the details, specifics, and to enroll in the applicable course. You’ll need to create an account and follow the course-specific instructions to enroll and start the learning.
What types of courses are available?
Courses vary across multiple topics and areas. Please visit our Courses page to browse all courses and filter by subject.
How much time do I need to dedicate to a course?
Each course has it’s own estimated dedicated time to complete the course. The course page should specify the full curriculum included. For additional information, please contact EnginPeers and/or the course instructor.
Is there any instructor support?
The level of support will vary based on the instructor. For any EnginPeers official courses, support is available through email messages. Please contact us for any questions or concerns regarding course material and a response will be provided as soon as possible.
Can I access course materials offline?
Offline material availability will vary based on courses. Since instructors can set their own course preferences, we cannot guarantee offline material accessibility. Please contact course instructor or refer to the course page for more information.
Are there any additional costs besides the course fees?
There will not be any additional costs besides the course fees (if applicable) if none are specified. Course instructors are required to specify in the course description if any additional course materials and/or costs are expected during a lesson.
What happens after I complete a course?
Congratulations on completing the course! Firstly, reward yourself. Course access after a competition depends on the course. Please refer to the “Duration” section on any course page for more information regarding access duration after a course completion.
How can I access a course I enrolled in?
Once enrolled, please either visit the course page to start learning, or head to your Profile > My Courses.
Why is the course I enrolled in not showing up?
Please verify if the course enrollment was successfully completed. If the course is still unavailable, please contact us immediately to get your course access.
Can I return a course enrollment?
All course enrollments are final and will be accessible for the duration specified. Given the nature of the courses, enrollment cancellations are not available, so please ensure a course is fit for your before enrollment. We are more than happy to assist if you have any questions and/or concerns before enrollment.
Are payments for courses secure and safe?
Yes! All course payments are done through EnginPeers secure gateway directly and instructors cannot see your payment information.
Can I become an Instructor?
Please apply to be an instructor through the Become An Instructor page.
