3. Accounts To access courses, users must create an account by providing a username and email address. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

4. Instructor Content Instructors retain full ownership of the courses they create. By uploading content, instructors grant the Platform a non-exclusive license to display and distribute their courses for purchase.

5. Payment and Commissions Instructor commissions are variable and agreed upon on a case-by-case basis. Payments are processed through third-party providers such as PayPal.

6. Refunds and Cancellations All sales are final. The Platform does not offer refunds or cancellations for course purchases.

7. Content Policy and Community Guidelines To ensure the quality and integrity of our content, we have established the following guidelines:

7.1 Prohibited Content:

• Hate Speech and Discrimination: Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics is strictly prohibited.
