This Instructor Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between you ("Instructor", "you") and EnginPeers LLC ("EnginPeers", "we", "us", or "our") and governs your participation as a content creator on the EnginPeers platform, accessible at https://www.enginpeers.com.
By registering as an Instructor and uploading any content to our platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
1. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create and publish content on EnginPeers. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your credentials.
2. Ownership and License
You retain full ownership of the content you create and upload.
By publishing a course on EnginPeers, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, market, distribute, and make your course available to users through the platform. This license is necessary to operate and promote your course on EnginPeers.
You may remove your content at any time by submitting a written request to team@enginpeers.com. However, removal does not affect existing enrollments or obligations already fulfilled.
3. Prohibited Content
You agree not to upload content that:
- Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
- Contains unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate material
- Violates any applicable laws or platform standards
We reserve the right to remove or restrict content at our discretion.
4. Payments and Commissions
Instructors will receive a revenue share based on course sales, as defined at the time of onboarding.
Payments are made via PayPal on a regular basis, provided a minimum threshold has been met. It is the instructor’s responsibility to maintain accurate PayPal information.
EnginPeers reserves the right to adjust commissions or payment terms with prior written notice.
5. Refund Policy
All course sales are final. EnginPeers does not offer refunds to students or instructors. Instructors are not obligated to issue refunds under any circumstances.
6. Taxes
You are solely responsible for determining and paying any applicable income taxes arising from payments received through EnginPeers.Â
7. Marketing and Promotions
You grant us permission to include your course content in promotions, advertisements, newsletters, and other forms of marketing for the purpose of promoting the platform. This includes displaying your name, course title, and course image in promotional materials.
8. Termination
You may terminate this Agreement at any time by contacting us in writing.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and remove your content for violations of this Agreement or our platform policies.
9. Limitation of Liability
EnginPeers is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including lost profits or reputational harm, arising from your participation on the platform.
10. Modifications
We may update this Agreement at any time. We will notify instructors via email or platform notice of any material changes.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with these laws.
